"We believe we have been here before but I couldn't find my review. So, after reading others' reviews of their good food, we decided to try. Service & Ambience [3.5]. A typical restaurant with minimal decoration. As we arrived prior to noon we got a table quite quickly. However the people starts coming as queue is formed. Service is quick but nothing above the norm. Food [4]. Ok I will usually order the CKT when come to a new Malaysian restaurant so that I can compare. My benchmark is Lu Lu CKT. I would say not bad and love the small deep fried pork (chu ya cha). The Sar Hor Fun is good, very similar to Wat Tan Hor. A bit disappointed to the popiah as it seems to be a vegetarian rolls and also dry. Finally the teh terik isn't hot enough. We met a friend there and she told us the Curry Laksa was popular. Perhaps next time."

"Delicious Malaysian food. We got the mee goreng, chau kuey tiao, chicken rice and ice Kacang. The mee goreng and chau kuey tiao had good ‘wok hei’ or wok breath and very tasty. Good value too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Malaysian food."
"This is our favourite Malaysian restaurant in Knox. Food is always consistent and tasty. This time we ordered takeaway via Uber eats and our order arrived on time, well packed and still warm. We ordered our favourite dishes, Chicken curry, beef Randeng, Singapore mee hoon and Nasi Goreng. Singapore noodles had the perfect spice level and hotness I like. Straits Cafe is highly recommended."
