"Echo other reviews on staff attitude. Card payment on my phone didn’t go through initially and was trying to get Apple Pay working again. Got some passive aggressive remark asking if I’ve heard the beep as if I was running off without paying. Also got questioned about the beer that I was purchasing (I am aware that it is 8%) - perhaps don’t sell it if you are going to question customers when they buy it?"

"Good variety of spirits,beer and wine. Always stocked up. Parking is a issue unless you park underground where the woolies parking is."

"The staff at this bottle shop are quite likely the least pleasant or intelligent people within the greater Sydney region. I would honestly be surprised if they can all read. Go to the vintage cellars or liquor land over the road they have a way better range, price and caliber of staff"

"The customer service is appalling at this place especially during Covid lockdown. The only worker at the shop was NOT wearing a mask. He also would not maintain social distancing. Kept calling the customer to come over to him and asking several silly questions and when not responded became verbally abusive. He clearly doesn’t like older females. Far better to shop at Vintage Cellars or BWS on the other side of military road. Hope this shop goes out of business soon."

"Rude Staff and poor customer service Chambers Cellars NB's location is so convenient and simple transactions are easy unless you have and issue or need help with a product. This review isn't based on an isolated incident as this is third occasion my family and I have been met with rude staff (such a shame that this takes away from the good staff). In this competitive market you need a basic level of service from all staff with a good level of knowledge.. Chambers Cellars has not demonstrated this to me. Some suggestions.. know what corked wine is how it happens, don't rubbish your competition and because you don't stock a product, don't tell your customers it doesn't exist."
