"This is by far the WORST TAX AGENT in all of Sydney. My partner and I spoke to John prior to the tax season and he was aware that we would be back overseas at that time. He instructed us to e-mail him all of our info & group cert which we did on July 1st. He has ignored our e-mails & after 4 weeks his secretary admitted that they lost our return & forgot to do it. She said she would take care of them. One week later we called back to get an update, only to be told they haven't been done yet. Fast forward to today August 20 & my tax return has not even been filed yet & John screwed up my partner's return & had it sent to a closed Australian account instead of to his current account overseas. My partner then had to deal with the ATO & the bank himself from overseas, because John didn't have time to fix the problem he created for us. I was told that he was too busy & that he would get to my tax return when he felt like itit's been 7 WEEKS!! His secretary Marie is just as inefficient & ignorant and didn't know anything the entire time so don't expect her to successfully get any information or anything done for you either. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY HIRING THEM!"
