"This is our second time coming and BOTH times we have been completely blown away! Fried chicken: crispy, crunchy, moist, not dry and damn delicious! Crispy chicken burger: screw any other chicken burger anywhere else. This is the best chicken burger I've ever had. Garlic sauce (their own): divine!!! We will be back again!!!"

"I am a charcoal chicken fan, but my expectation were not met due to too salty chicken and dry. I knew from the moment I saw the pre cooked chicken were displayed in the Bain Marie. Ordered whole chicken meal and got charged for a serve of tomato sauce for my chips :("

"Having a new restaurant in Craigieburn is always a bonus in my eyes. Location is good and the smell is amazing. Walking into the restaurant, you're met with a nice interior and fast service. Service I wouldn't say is the nicest or friendliest, but they're attentive and bring the food fast. I have 2 major problems. Apart from their normal charcoal chicken and chips, the food is just not that good. The chicken is dry and seems to be overly salty. Flavour wise you'd be far better going anywhere else. My second issue was the price. 2 of the cheapest burgers, a wrap, chicken tenders, 2x chips, 2x drinks was over $70. This is more than any restaurant that I would frequent. If you compare this to other similar fast food, you will find pricing is far more costly at El Jannah. I've been here twice and have found both times to be the same."
