"*ONE STAR - based on this incident only. I have had great help from this pharmacist in the past - even earlier that day. when the script was put in the correct mobile number and date of birth was confirmed by the counter assistant. when I went back to get the medication I pointed out the wrong address was on the medication and receipt. the same counter assistant wrote down the correct address because I needed an accurate receipt. it cost $65 and I could claim back $22. otherwise it would not have mattered. the pharmacist heard this and snapped back "it was correct until you changed it!". . . . ??? that doesn't even make sense. this was NOT the correct person. the person at that address had not presented a script from EFMC since 2020. the pharmacist was in a hurry and made a mistake: the name was entered. it came up. the label and receipt were printed. but the wrong one. it turns out there are FOUR people with the SAME name listed at erina fair medical centre. now I was to blame? how? I know my OWN address. I simply corrected an error. the pharmacist COULD have said "thanks for letting us know" having a bad day? embarrassed about making the mistake? DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON CUSTOMERS."
