"Possibly the worst hungry jacks store melbourne has to offer, this place was filthy, the dinning area was disgusting, at 2pm the tables had rubbish on them and not one person cleaned a table, the service from the staff was pure filth, not racist but the whole crew was Indian and speaking Indian with each other and it was like we interrupted just to order, that alone took 7 minutes to be asked what we want after being told you should use the machine like everyone else. I'm paying cash machines don't take cash. Seeing the kitchen staff hairy bloke, no gloves no hair net and coughing straight into his hands, then to carry on making food no hand washing, turned me off and left. Good luck eating here"

"Do not recommend going to this HJ. | Poor service - Drive through was down so had to go in. - When I arrived inside there was only one person waiting for their meal, I could see them packing delivery bags/orders. I figured going in wasn’t too bad since there wasn’t anyone else really waiting. - Ordered a storm ice cream and they provided meals to two people that ordered after me (Full meals) - Waited 10 minutes before mentioning anything but when I went to go say something the one lady that was waiting before me also had to make a complaint that she had been waiting for 15 minutes, He then prioritised her order. So by then I was waiting 14 minutes before he was available for me to follow up with my storm. - Wanted to point out, while he was making this lady’s order, I could it was roughly packed as he was rushing due to her complaint. She grabbed the bag and left but dropped it. I felt really bad because I’m heavily pregnant and I couldn’t bend down and help her pick it up. The staff member returned and didn’t apologise. Just told her it was her fault for not carrying the bag from the bottom after she had mentioned the bag was full to the brim. (To confirm, she literally dropped it straight off the counter by grabbing it from the top to then grab it from the bottom with her other hand but the bag ripped straight away and fell to the floor before she had a chance to use her second hand) He didn’t offer another bag.. or to help her pick up the items. - After this I received my biscoff storm. I had already waited more than 15 minutes I couldn’t be bothered saying anything because I could already see the service was horrible but there was no biscoff biscuit at the bottom and I paid EXTRA for caramel sauce and I barely got any. 
As I walked out focusing on the lack of sauce I realised I was handed a straw not a spoon. I can understand being under the pump and making little mistakes but there was too many service errors towards multiple customers. After I came to post this review, I can now see how many poor reviews there are regarding service. 
Please don’t waste your time and money attending this location."

"Drive through was told had to go into store, the 1 toilet was one of the most disgusting public toilets I have been to. The manager needs to look into this. I'd recommend go to the servo next door."

"Extremely rude staff and non existing service! Came in with only two other customers waiting for their orders. No one on the queue. Stood at the counter for over 5 min getting ignored. After noticing 3 staff members standing looking at the monitors, I had to ask to get served and purchase my meal. The staff member made some comment "doesn't he know we're busy" and took my order. The order came out at a reasonable time, actually before the customers who were in front of me. The burgers were good, as expected. However.... this day I came in to try the UNO promo I heard about. But no UNO tickets or labels came on or with my meal. I asked at the counter and was told the promotion had ended. I just checked the dates of the promo, and there are another 10 days left before this UNO promo finishes. Very disappointing Hungry Jacks......"

"Ordered via the app and my order was ready almost immediately. Chip packet was filled and perfectly cooked. Some staff here are nice, while some obviously don’t want to be there, which is expressed through their attitude. The Jack’s Fried Chicken is overrated, and looked like it was run over by a truck. Do not recommend for the price, however, the chicken was quite large."
