"late review - date of boarding would’ve Christmas season 2017 left our two dogs here (black lab and a beagle) for four weeks and when we returned found a fresh cut along the back of our labs neck! the person we had talked to about it swore it couldn’t have been them but if we’ve been out for four weeks and left our dog with them, then who could it have been? also got told that they were given a bath- both smelt of urine when we returned. i would never leave any beloved pet here, and we certainly haven’t since this incident."
"Absolutely ridiculously priced! Left my dog there for 1 night and wanted a bath if they got the chance and I got billed $130! $55 for one night stay, $20 for weekend surcharge, $45 for a bath and $10 morning fee as he was picked up at 11.57am! Will never be going back there"
