H&R Block Tax Accountants - Campbelltown

"Disgusting tax return. It has taken a MONTH and I have heard nothing about my tax return. Called in twice and was handled by 2 VERY rude women and was told they lodged my tax return incorrectly with the wrong office and that it would take another 2 weeks for me to receive my tax return, which leaves me without a registered vehicle, asked what they can do for me and got hung up on. DO NOT GO HERE."

"If I could put minus stars I would. Tried to come in to do a tax return today & dealt with a lady named Inman. First impressions of her calling myself and my husband different names & insisting we have an appointment with her, as if we were unsure of our own names. Followed by me having a spell my short married 5 letter surname 7 full times to start a tax return, followed by her pulling up a qld file client with a completely different name and asking me again if that’s me. Was certain I’d end up with a tax audit - not return, if this lady touched our tax. Walked out after 15 minutes of disbelief. Also office is a dump in serious need of work to make it look less like a back alley shoebox. H & R block standards are seriously dropping with this place. Think I’ll do it myself this year."

"ILLEGAL SERVICE!!! They insisted to calculate my income on a monthly summary document on which is well written: "NOT AN OFFICIAL INVOICE OR TAX DOCUMENT". Also in the end of the document is written: "THE INFORMATION IN THE SUMMARY DOES NOT REFLECT YOUR PERSONAL TAX SITUATION AND IT IS INFORMATIVE ONLY. NOTHING IN THE SUMMARY CONSTITUTES TAX ADVICE NOR AN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN UBER AND YOU, NEITHER EXPRESS NOR IMPLIED. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR LOCAL TAX ADVISOR OR TAX ADMINISTRATION FOR YOUR PERSONAL TAX OBLIGATIONS". I found mismatch in the amounts paid there compared with my weekly payouts. When I disagreed and asked them to calculate my income on my weekly payouts, the reply was: "Go to other accountant". Correct me but it is illegal to declare to ATO my income on "NOT AN OFFICIAL INVOICE OR TAX DOCUMENT" which "IS INFORMATIVE ONLY". It's ridiculous."

"The woman who answered the phone was so rude. Avoid this place like the plague. She even told me to go ahead and lodge my return elsewhere. The worst tax return ever. If there was a negative star i wouldn't hesitate to click it,they don't deserve even a 1."

"I had previously used HR block in Leichhardt with such positive customer service and thought since I relocated I would continue. The lady whom assisted me last year was so rude and unprofessional. I had asked her questions regarding things I was unsure about to possibly claim and she replied with such an attitude and a clear dislike of what I could only assume was my personal appearance. She then asked some rather rude questions regarding my current employment to which I became upset as I had recently been let go of my job. And with no empathy what so ever, proceeded to then compare her life to mine and tell me how "her life is worse" and I should "take a look around". Never in my life has someone been so unprofessional and shown such a lack of service and compassion. I would rather go anywhere than this company again. STAY CLEAR."
