"I am so surprised and equally annoyed at people complaining about wait times for prescriptions and not being served after their closing times - waiting for prescriptions is a part of being served and no they would not be able to prioritise people based on the size of the bill. How would u feel if you had a sick child wanted to buy a $7 medication and they kept prioritising other people ahead of you. And to others why should they serve you after their closing time - It’s not about service it’s about the business risk. The insurance policies which cover businesses for injuries to their customers only covers them if the customers entered the store before the closing time - I am sure your family members would have been sick earlier if you needed a cough syrup - make ur way to the store earlier and stop complaining about a business which serves its customers with a smile and are always upfront about the wait times. We have been going there since this place opened and our family is yet to experience anything negative here - don’t go here if you don’t value this business, May be it will free up the space for people like us who do"

"Very dissatisfied experience needed to get prescriptions filled as travelling overseas made a special trip to this outlet only to be told waiting time minimum 35 minutes. I had them supplied elsewhere 10 minutes wait $252 missed out by this outlet. Had he read the prescriptions and assessed the value of sale would it have been different??"

"Inspite of being my local store and I am here every couple of days the staff refused to help me at 9:01 pm. All I wanted was cough syrup for my mum and 3 staff members spent 4 minutes arguing with me instead of helping me out. Seriously disappointed to see lack of common sense, basic courtesy and empathy. The staff don’t realise that they work in health sector and not just retail. It’s their duty to serve people at their best capacity instead of just punching time cards. #bringbackcommunitypharmacy"

"What kind of major corporation advertises inside their store to download the app to allow you to manage your pharmaceutical orders yet they keep telling you "because we are only a few months old this branch, the app is not available to the North Parramatta pharmacy store, despite there being big signs all over yhe north parramatta store advertising to download the app for your pharmacy orders. 13 November 2022."
