"This business is illegally not honouring vouchers for 3 years as required by law. My poor mother tried to redeem a voucher we purchased for her 70th birthday in February, two weeks past their illegally imposed deadline of 6 months and the owner refused to honour the voucher. Absolutely shameful. I will be reporting this business to the ACCC."

"Staff were nice and quick, but final product wasn't great. I picked out a dark pink on the sample nails, which looked like a red wine colour when done. The nails had also scuffed quite a bit 3-4 days later, and bits of the shellac had come off. This has never happened elsewhere. Unfortunately, the salon is around 40 minutes away from me so I didn't return to try and have it fixed."

"I had an unpleasant experience with this Nail salon. I went in the store asking for an acrylic nail. When it's finished to pay, I was told it's $55. Apparently they did acrylic plus shellac on my nails. While the lady was doing my nail, there was no communication nor checking on weather that's what I want. At the counter I felt confused with the services. A number of ppl came to explain to me why i was charged $55 with the same saying. It made me feel even more confused. The full acrylic set is $35. A heads up, please make sure to double check with the price when you visit there for the first time. They won't explain or check in with you in terms of what you are asking. They won't explain to you or have decent communication to understand your needs for the service at the beginning. Please have a lot of clear communication on your end and make sure they didn't do extra service without your consent and charge you at the end ."

"Did not have a booking and came in with a difficult request and they welcomed me very kindly! Couldn't have been more happy with the results and everyone was so kind and patient. A beautiful and kind lady spent a whole 2 hours on my nails and my nails have never looked better. I am so grateful. Can't stop looking at my nails."

"After been treated like absolute trash at the Nail & spa salon- I ended up in the warm and extremely welcoming service by Tommy & staff. I had No appointment booked and they were still happy to take me in and do my pedicure. Lovely and friendly staff members. Pedicure was done in 30min and great results & price was cheaper than the other place. Highly recommend"
