"I've been a customer for years but this salon has really gone down hill. The colour display is really inaccurate compared to what you end up with. The staff then blame you for the colour choice even when you do a side by side comparison of what you requested and what you actually have. My latest manicure was dreadful, the sns hasn't been applied to the edges correctly and my nails are super sharp as they haven't bothered to file. The guy was really defensive when I raised this and his fixes were really poor."

"I feel bad writing a bad review as i know the girls that work at these places are paid a pittance, but something is going very wrong with the system here. Many Nail colour samples don't represent actual colour (must be faded), so be careful if after a neutral nail, technicians are rough with their tools (under pressure to work fast) , miscommunication and impatience resulted in my 13 year old being given long talons (!) Which caused discomfort and had to be removed. Also my final experience was with a stroppy male technician who literally made me cry with his uncalled for rudeness , roughness and slapdash approach throughout procedure. Fine for a quick nail colour but don't expect to be able to ask questions or say you are not happy with how colour turned out."

"Very rough on feet, not good at handling build up of skin on feet. Have come away with painfully sore feet. It is difficult if you can't communicate with the person working on you. Please note that the liners of the foot soaking tub was.not changed between each client. Moisture was.not applied to feet nor were between toes dried. Disappointing experience"

"Disgusted at the low level of service I received yesterday. Been coming here for ages and yesterday I walked in and they told me no one was able to help me. They said it was “too hard” and they can no longer do my nails. I always just get acrylics with tips, but I’m one to voice if I’m not happy with something and if you’re paying for a nice set of nails that should be a right I have, to leave and be happy with them. So note to others, don’t go here if you’re gonna ask for what you want or ask them to correct something. Wont go down well with them. Would rate 0 stars if I could!"

"I had acrylics refilled yesterday and when I arrived home I realised that every nail had nail colour underneath my finger nails. Looks hideous. On returning today I was rudely told to come back in 2 hours. When I tried to explain to a young guy it was for repairs from yesterday he totally ignored me as did every other staff member in the room. I understand they are busy, but so am I. I have been going to this salon to have my fingers and toes nails done every 3 weeks for several months. I will not be returning. I will give me money to someone else who shows me the same respect that I show them. Very rude and disrespectful customer service"
