"Do Not Go. On Wednesday I got a full set of extensions with SNS. On Saturday my thumbs nail broke-went back in on Tuesday where they just filled it down instead of replacing. On Wednesday day another nail fell off-went back to get it replaced on Wednesday night. On Thursday I had two nails fall off- went back on Friday to get the two nails replaced. Saturday morning two more nails fell off. This time I was in Sydney for a wedding so I couldn’t get it replaced. I have never in my life had more than half my nails for off in one week. It is so disappointing! I had to go back three times after my initial service. And needed to go back more as two more nails fell off. I paid $55 for a horrible service"

"I’ve been coming there for 8 years. Now with May gone all of my nails fall off or chip within 6 days. I’m extremely disappointed and feel like I must go somewhere else!! Even if I make a booking, other people jump in. You actually don’t care about bookings. You are not the same place you were before as 6 times now my nails SNS fall off starting day 2… ! They are thicker and look awful !! I’m extremely disappointed and expect that the next time I come, my nails will be for free. Please give me the name of the owner of this business, Julie Jackson You are not saying that you are willing to give me a free SNS. Also, I’ve been in the same industry for 12 years… having my nails done there for 8 with absolutely NO problems at all… how have things changed so much???"

"Came in Saturday 29th and got sns nails, they feel very rough and every single nail has cracked as per the picture shown. Will not be back"

"I got sns tips done today 22 July 4pm. This has to be hands down the WORST service I have ever gotten at a nail salon. The man who did my nails did not care one bit about the work he was doing. He didn’t file my nails before applying my tips nor did he clean them! When I asked if he could trim my cuticles, he mumbled something to the effect that he would get to it (he did not). The nails were poorly applied, and misshaped. I work hard for the money I earn, and I consider the service and quality of work done to be akin to theft. Shame on him and shame on this salon. I left without saying a word and will never go back."

"I’ve been there a few times. At the beginning the service it was worth the price, but unfortunately the last times I’ve been pretty disappointed with the results. I went there on Saturday and informed there I had an hour to do normal manicure and pedicure. They told me not a problem and keep me waiting for more then 15 minutes. After that, the lady doing my manicure didn’t do any effort, my nails were poorly file and you can see the results in the colour application. For the pedicure after keep me waiting long time with my feet in the water, I told them again I won’t have time and another lady jumped into do my pedicure quickly, but a bit worthier than manicure at least. Sadly, I think that was the last time I treated my nails here"
