"I have been using this place 2x a month for 3 years now and my nails are always done properly and the girls always treated me well. Penny and others ladies, work very hard, and always have been very respectful towards customers even though when customer misbehaved. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for some customers, I saw very rude women treating theses girls very poorly. Which makes me embarrassed as a person. Also I saw customers complaining for very simple things and making a huge fuss of it, which I bet it wouldn’t happen if they were visiting some very expensive shop in a very expensive suburb and doing the same service. I believe that some people think that they are entitled to mistreated someone, only because they are paying. That is a pitiful thing. Anyway, Kindness isn’t weakness, it is strength and explain a lot about your virtues. Please be nice with theses girls!"
