"Shocking. Zero customer service skills and have no idea what they are doing. Such a shame as I used to go there years ago. So bad I had to stop her half way through to go elsewhere. At the end we were told it was cash only even though the customer before me paid by card. Clearly to avoid paying tax. My daughters nails are appalling and not one straight. This is obviously the reason you're always quiet and we should've known better than to waste our money"
