"My favourite salon! I have been getting my acrylics done all over Melbourne for the last 10 years and these ladies are the very best with a very reasonable price point. Their colour selection is wonderful and each staff member is trustworthy so you don't need to book a specific person in advance. My only wish is that the center was able to facilitate late Thursday/Friday evenings so I could come after business hours!"

"Pure nails and lashes should consider themselves extremely lucky that 1 is the lowest ranking I’m able to give. I scheduled a lash refill today at pure nails and lashes and let me start by saying that they do not listen to your instructions on the style you are after. I made it clear to the lash tech that all I wanted was the gaps to be filled as I had a refill last week. My lashes as she said herself were “pretty full”. However, I did leave the salon with less lashes than I entered with ironically. Pure nails and lashes gave me a lash style that was completely different to what I asked for and what I had. Even though they did not give me the lash style that I asked for and left me with natural looking short and straight lashes with slight curl, they had still charged me $100 for a weeks refill. Please guys, save your money and go elsewhere with lash extensions. As far as I know, there are plenty of good and affordable lash techs in Melb, don’t be fooled by the aesthetic setting of pure nails and lashes. I can only imagine how many people are getting scammed by pure nails and lashes like I was."
