"The unprofessionalism with some of the stuff is disgusting. Was very disappointed with the service yesterday. I want to call out one nail technician who didn’t have the patience to listen and help with choosing a colour. Surely if shown a picture you can work out what colours are best for such a design. Because you didn’t understand want I was saying you decided to go and do someone else. And the bickering of stuff in their own language is not fun especially such a show."
"I did a new set of eyelash extensions today after taking a year off, and l must say, the beauty technician here was very professional and super nice. I've had lashes done for over 10 years at various "eyelash specialist extensions' stores and compared to them and Viola's team. Viola's team is up there (just as good and quicker!) If you like the flashing decore and a privacy room with relaxing music than coming to this place you'll need to overlook all of that give it a go. These guys are busy and use the space to fit you in indeed! l love my new Doll-lash look, it's full and still in immaculant condition! Thanks Dani for making me look and feel pretty! See you again!"
