"the girls are friendly, decent services with affordable prices but the reservation system needs improvement. there is no point for a reservation when they can't cater you at the time you booked. relatively, a 30 minute wait from the reserved time."

"This is a lovely salon but my only issue here is that they are understaffed and there isn’t much flexibility with moving appointments around. I booked one time on a Monday during school holidays thinking that they weren’t going to be as busy as late in the week. Unfortunately I was mistaken and another 4 or 5 people walked in, resulting in me waiting a very long time. I think they should consider taking on more workers because there aren’t enough to cater for a growing clientele. I realise that I changed my appointment time late but the waiting times here have become beyond ridiculous."

"I went in just for colour (not a manicure). They said the wait would be 10-15 minutes but I waited 45 minutes before anyone started on my nails. The colour was good but I wouldn't go here for nail art. It wasn't super clean and looks like something I'd do at home rather than a professional look. Still, it would have been fine if they weren't so wrong about the wait time. If they had been honest from the start I could have left and come back after 45 minutes."

"This is the best nail salon I've found in the Reservoir/Preston area in a long time based on price, customer service, quality of work and cleanliness of the salon. I've been going for about 5-6 months now and every time Tammy and her team do an amazing job. The salon is extremely clean, there is a wide variety of colours to choose from and Tammy is so professional and friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to other salons in the area, my SNS nails last 4-5 weeks which is amazing and overall it's a nice relaxed atmosphere in the salon. Tammy is also really nice and let's me bring my little one with me for a salon day with mummy which is just so adorable. And the most lovely part is that when I call to book an appointment, Tammy knows exactly who I am and says hello to me by my first name - customer service that can't be beaten. I would recommend to anyone in the area to go here, you won't be disappointed."
