"Today I made an appointment for 3 pm at All star on Lygon Street in East Brunswick. When I arrived the two women working there were busy and I asked how long I would have to wait as I had an appointment at 3 pm, I have very little free time as I care for my mother so for me to get a break is rare. When I asked one of the girls shrugged me off and said something in Vietnamese to the other girl and they both laughed. I asked again and after I had asked politely another 5 times, one of the girls finally told me that I need to wait 30 minutes. I did not have the time to wait. The manner in which this was handled was intimidating and rude. I could have made an appointment in another place. I only have a few hours a week to myself. I felt very upset and the fact that the girls laughed at me and didn't even apologise made it worse. It was a very bad experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone, in fact DON"T GO THERE"

"Came here after reading some positive reviews on a community page, but left disappointed. Staff were friendly, and didn’t keep me waiting long, however it was a VERY average SNS manicure. My nails weren’t straight and looked ridiculous and after a few days of trying to put up with them I had to get them removed elsewhere. Job felt very rushed and also left with a few cuts from where the lady used the drill file on my cuticles."

"If you want to wait minimum 1 hour before you get your nails started this is the perfect place to go. They do not treat customers with any loyalty nor respect and will only sometimes do a good job on your nails. Everyone is always rushing as they try to fit as many people in as possible and therefore you are not guaranteed a good job done on your nails. I have had to wait atleast an hour every single time I have come here and one time I was there for a total of 5 hours (: Don’t go here."

"Even though it can get really busy, I never feel rushed when it's my time to have my nails done. I have been going here for months and absolutely love the women that work there! Always so friendly and helpful to make sure you're 100% happy with your nails :) I wanted to try out a vertical stripe look and was so happy with how they turned out!"
