"Came here for the first time as a walk-in. They were quite busy but happy to slot me in. Another lady walked in not long after me and they said they could fit her in too, and they showed her to the seat next to me - which had just been vacated by another customer, and which was not cleaned at all prior to new customer being seated. Should have been a sign of things to come. This was several weeks ago but I digress. I am writing this review specifically for two reasons. 1. Because I now have a nail fungus. And 2. Because they were very rough and made my toes bleed. I do not recommend this salon."
"I had a shellac mani/pedi here about a week ago here. These were close to the best I have had. Beautiful shaping and lovely shellac. I don't live local but I will travel to visit here again."
"Absolutely appalled with this venue! I have been attending here for a year now and the first time I walked out with leftover filling on my hands, I let it go but this is the third time! I asked why they are sending me out like this and I was told to clean at home. Furthermore, to talk about your customer in your heritage language whilst they are in front of you is the height of ignorance. You have lost my loyalty as I will never return."
"This salon was good for a very short period of time. Has ended up like most of the other salons out there - not clean, overcrowded, nail products not lasting on nails. Unfortunately I won't be back and neither will a few others that I had initially recommended. If the owner even cares, they should read all the reviews and take it on board. I have found another nail salon (shop front) based in Keilor East, and only takes bookings, so you will get seen at the time you booked, is personable (remembers who you are), does a great job and well priced( not expensive). I think at the very least we should be seen and our names remembered for the amount of times we visit these salons."
"Dodgy dodgy. At the start of the year paid $45 for my daughter’s nails & have now had to pay $65! And it was CASH ONLY. They would not accept EFTPOS. They were also just plain this time around, whereas at the start of the year she had accent nails. Not even a neat job. Will not be returning."
