"Rosalie is wonderful company, however the nails took far too long to have done due to the constant interruptions of her having to look after her kids (not to mention we had to make adjustments to my request even after I'd made the enquiry more than a week prior). The company of her older son and the odd personal conversations they had about his future for half the appointment made me uncomfortable. Would recommend if you don't mind that sort of thing but I'm likely going to go for a more professional setting next time."
