USA STAR NAILS

"I had SNS done, 4 days latter 5 nails had cracked across the nail bed. I went nack and they redid them. Woth a slightly different colour. Had to ask them to do the other 5 nails to match. They don't seem to know what they are doing there. I have had SNS done for years at other stores and never had a problem. Won't be returning."

"I went here and they didn’t do what I asked for. I showed a picture and the end result was not close to the photo. I get that nail places won’t necessarily have certain colours but the least you could do is communicate that. It is so hard to be sure at this salon that what you’ve asked for, you’ll receive in the end. As well as the nails not being what I asked for, they were done very messily too. I felt like I was being rushed the whole time. Then they charged me way more than they should have. I have been here a few times and I won’t be back"

"Lovely staff with bad English, l'm sure they try. I don't think they are trained there. I had my nails cut and filed but the filing was done in different directions, which when I got home my nails caught on everything, l had to cut and file myself. After bikini wax l was left with a bruise. Haven't had the nail technicians do my nails"

"Do not go here. I went in for a simple acrylic nail removal. The man was incredibly rude, cut my skin and I left with my nails looking like this. When I asked him if he could please at least file them, he yelled at me and said I had no nails to begin with and that he wouldn’t do it. $20 for the worst customer service experience ever. I am not normally one to complain but I have left with nails with glue still on them, dirt and blood. Unacceptable."

"I would normal say this place is amazing but I went yesterday and I already had one nail come off, when they normal last 6 weeks. Now I have ti go back on the weekend if I get time."
