"I had a large versiclad roof installed over my decking in march 2019 and I would say it is stunning and metaldeck leads Tim Vecchio and Jay did a very classy job, very happy. In may 2021, I contacted Tim about a leaf guard problem, Tim responded quickly and rebuilt the leaf guard and installed. With all the wet weather this year my gutter was problematic so again I contacted Tim who responded promptly and set about rectifying the issue. Thanks Tim and Metaldeck after almost 4 years you still value your customers and back your work. I cant recommend Metaldeck more highly."

"If I could give 6 stars I would. The staff at Metald Deck do all the important things right. Most importantly they reply quickly to phone calls and emails. They go over and above to find solutions to problems and on top of all that they provide outstanding pricing. One of the things that impressed me the most is that small orders are not a problem. You don't get a feeling of being an inconvenience like at some other places. Likewise they handled a recent large volume order for me with the utmost of professionalism. Another small but important point: The delivery driver was accommodating polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this business for both small and large roofing jobs."

"Builder ordered roofing from company, provided them with correct colour code. They took correct colour over the phone and payment was made over the phone for the correct colour. Invoice sent out later via email. Roofing turned up months later as requested and was wrong colour. Company would not budge or assist and stated we had to look at colour on invoice not withstanding that payment was made prior to receiving invoice. as professionals we never thought that colour would be wrong and they never told us to double check.email. we did not think they would get colour wrong. We have more roofing supplies to be purchased but will be going elsewhere. Will not be using these guys again, no attention to what's said on phone...not willing to talk or assist whatsoever and only wanted to cover up their mistake and shift blame. I now have a roof with different colours. I'm sure no one else wants to be put in this position againas most companies would try to sort out the problem as opposed to.reading from their pre-prepared script that invoice should have been checked. That's all well and good but if you take payment before invoice is.sent out I'm.sorry the blame should be yours!!! Thanks for your mistake..we'll be seeing it for years to come!! In response to below...they did not ask for surfmist. Initially they got a quote and stated surfmist. I sent them the SMS stating the correct colour was shale grey with surfmist flashing. They then rang you guys back with the amendments and said to proceed with the order you guys did not update the details. That's the inacuracies in your recollection of events to clarify my position. What I have an issue with is your guys take no responsibility and just wipe your hands with This matter. This the what happened, yes we didn't check invoice but we updated details and paid over phone same.day. but I'm.happy to incur the whole cost and.take full responsibility as you guys obviously not willing to budge as can be seen by your response. "Gave the girl my measurements but the sheets were too short for the beams. Spoke to the owner and even though he admitted their mistake wouldn’t replace the sheets. Absolute shonky place. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable places who will stand by their product."
