Conveniently located at Collins Place, we offer free parking for the first two hours of your visit at the Collins Place Car Park. Just a short walk from Kino Cinema, this parking facility is easily accessible on Flinders Lane. Remember to validate your parking ticket at the box office to avail of the discount. Please note that additional rates apply after two hours.
We strive to make our cinema accessible to all, including those with mobility needs. For wheelchair or pram access, there are ramps available at the Exhibition St or Flinders Ln entrances of Collins Place. If you are coming from the car park, take the lift to the lower ground level and then use the ramp down to Kino Cinemas. If you are entering from Collins St, please use the side Sofitel driveway entry and take the central lift to the lower ground level.
Getting to Kino Cinema is easy with multiple transportation options. Tram routes 109, 11, 12, and 48 have a stop at Spring St, just a short walk away. The nearest train stop is Parliament Station, making it convenient for those traveling by train.

"It's a great cinema with a fantastic vibe in an unusual place. Good sound and picture but if they say you're in cinema 8 just wait for home release or find another cinema showing. It's just an auditorium with lecture theater style seating, no cup holders, very uncomfortable. The screen is small for the size of the cinema breaking immersion. I ended up leaving early I was so uncomfortable."

"QUIRKY ALTERNATIVE CINEMA IN THE BASEMENT OF COLLINS PLACE The Kino is more an A'trhouse" cinema than a regular chain cinema and is tucked away in the lower level of Collins Place. There is a food court and shopping mall in the same space. Trams run right past on Collins Street. The cinema has relatively small theatres with comfortable seats. The main entry is via a staircase from the Collins Street ground floor foyer but there are also lifts for people with mobility issues. Toliets on site."
