"Worst experience ever. No seating arrangement. No numbering on the seats. People were seated on any seats they liked. As we had people seated on our seats, and they were not ready to move or find their seats, we approached the staff but with failure. They had no idea and did’nt assist, instead asked to find any empty seats. We were 7 people- so tough to find seats together. Plus- the seats were dirty, had marks. Also the washrooms were dirty. Few closed and 1 had broken door. It was all messed. Never going here again."

"This cinema has got a lot of potential. Interior design wise, it looks great however they obviously haven’t looked after it very well. The toilets stink and the cinema chairs need to be replaced. They are made of fabric and will accumulate dirt and unpleasant smell overtime. The recliner chair I’ve used recently wasn’t working and I paid $28 for that. AND most importantly, they need more staff. The queue is ridiculous that we had to line from the counter all the way down through the escalator. You can book online, however if you want to buy food, you have to line up with the people that are buying tickets. They should have a seperate line for food only. Also, the staff needs more training. We were supposed to watch Meg 2, and was redirected to Barbie. We had to re-approach the staff again to see which cinema was Meg. Hopefully they read the reviews and make an improvement. Obviously a lot of people are not happy with the place and service. Such a shame that this is the only local cinema for us people that live up north."

"Such a shame. These cinemas used to be our go-to. Never again. Dirty. Disgusting and very unhygienic the best way to describe it. Not cleaned in between sessions. Pop corn, drinks & rubbish everywhere. Stained seats. Broken seats. What the hell. Maybe you need to hire my uncles cleaning service to get this back up and going. They're very successful in their business, in which it could maybe bring the decent paying people back. It's not fair for the paying decent customers who bring their children along to watch a movie."

"The screen and sound quality of the cinemas are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, if you pay extra for the recliners, they’re at the front and very hard to watch such a big screen so close. They were very comfortable but many were dirty or broken. You pay the extra $10 but I’m not sure it’s worth it to have a sore neck and disoriented from the larger screen and from being so close. The toilets were nice once but there’s obviously been no maintenance since it opened. Doors were missing, half of them didn’t lock, no paper towels, cold hand driers, the list goes on. We prepaid our tickets online but there was no one at the stand so we walked straight into the cinema without anyone checking our tickets. We paid $28 per person and no one checked to make sure we were even supposed to be in the recliners. People who paid for normal seats eventually made their way down to spare recliners after the movie started. It was as though there were no staff in site. I heard them chatting amongst themselves as I walked past the bar. Then on the way out, there were 5 men waiting outside the cinema saying “enjoy the rest of your day” to everyone that walked past. But no one in site when we walked in. If the staff can get their act together, and maintenance fixes the issues with the toilets and the broken and mouldy chairs, this place would be as beautiful as it was when it opened. Now it’s just not worth what you pay!"

"So many negative reviews about the condition of this facility, you wonder when they are going to do something about it. Broken seats, disgusting urinals, yet expensive tickets and food. Surely the owners can reinvest some of their profits to restore the cinema, or sell it to one of the chains that will."
