Melissa has been an exceptional property manager since beginning, irrespective of the real-estate agency for which she worked. She has always been generally quick to response to maintenance requests and has not unreasonably denied any request. She has also always promptly attended to any maintenance request and followed-up on its progress. She has carefully balanced the needs of a tenant and that of the property owner. I may not have to agree to certain responses to realise that a balance had to be struck. Perhaps what could be improved is the amount of notice given in advance for bi-annual inspections. However, even so, she has been flexible with arranging alternative times. Any real-estate agency should feel proud to have her as their employee and try to keep her on their books for as long as possible. I have had much worse experiences with property mangers from the likes of Ray White, and some other small names in the business, however, it wasn't like that from the get go with Melissa. Overall, Melissa has been the best real-estate agent with whom I have had to interact in the past 15 years. Take note Harcourts."
