"We had an amazing time touring with Blue Mountains Adventure Company! I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had booked a tour that we realized was a little too ambitious for us, but our guide, Yuri, was happy to accommodate our needs and change to an easier abseiling experience. My friend who is afraid of heights even tried it! Yuri was very helpful and one of the best guides I have ever experienced. He helped me overcome my fear of one of the 20 meter cliffs which then made me confident enough to go down the 60 meter cliff! I never would have thought I would go down the 60 meter cliff but Yuri made us feel comfortable and he was very knowledgeable. We told him that we were interested in conservation and wildlife and he started showing us all of the native plants and bugs too. Yuri also knew it was our last day in Australia so he took us to an amazing lookout view afterwards. Thank you Blue Mountains Adventure Company!"

"The tour guides were professional and provided all necessary gear, including helmets, wetsuits, harnesses, ropes, and climbing kit. They even prepared ginger tea for us in a thermal flask, which was a much-needed blessing after being in the water for a while. The group we were with was supportive and adventurous, which made the experience even more memorable. Before hitting the trail, we had a safety briefing and studied our route for the day with a map. We set off from the company's office at 8:30 am with our packs and hiked for an hour until we reached the canyon entrance. Activities in the canyon were non-stop, including waterfall abseiling, walking and jumping into the canyon, natural water slides, rope climbing, and more abseiling. We even encountered a wild lobster and a hitchhiking leech that we brought back with us unknowingly. For those planning to take the tour, it's important to wear appropriate clothing and be prepared to get wet. Bringing extra clothes and shoes to change into after the tour is also recommended. Additionally, be ready for a physically demanding adventure and make sure to have a good level of fitness."

"Fantastic experience doing the Empress Falls 4 hour canyon tour with water jumps. There was heavy rainfall the morning we did the tour but that didn’t change the experience. Not experienced in these kinds of activities but think it would be accessible for most. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and would thoroughly recommend the experience for getting closer to nature!"

"Empress Falls Canyon and Abseiling was an unforgettable experience. The day was well paced starting small, allowing you to build confidence and to finish with very special abseil down a waterfall! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and know when to push you out of your comfort zone. Thank you BMAC!! If you're worried about the expense, it is worth it. I have often explored this region however I experienced a lot I've never had the chance to see. Just do it!"
