"Appalling customer service. I went into the store yesterday and the staff member seemed annoyed I wanted quotes for 3 door handles. In the end he asked which handle did I like the most so in other words he was only prepared to get one quote for me. This same staff member hung up on me on a follow up call this morning he said he wasn't prepared to discuss the quote over the phone. I rang back and asked to speak to the manager and I'm still waiting for him to call me. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere."
"Bought a front lock handle back in June 2021 and followed up a few times and was promised it was going to be either posted or dropped off and neither eventuated. I was told the handle was accidentally given to a wrong client and they never managed to retrieve it!"
"I give 1 star because of their competitive price, otherwise I would give 0 star if I can. Chased my order after a week and I've been told the items were not ordered yet. Chased more than 5 times over the phone and I've been told someone will call me back on the day, never received any call back. Finally got my order arrived, and found there were missing items in the order. To be fair they offer good price but I'd rather order from somewhere else to avoid endless headache."
