"This is by far the worst dog walkers I’ve ever encountered. Their staff member let one of the dogs they were walking attack my 7 month old puppy, pinning him to the ground and biting him as he screamed and the Dog Walker did nothing. They clearly happily take aggressive dogs. Be careful using them. The walker then didn’t apologise but instead made excuses, and in general was rude and uninterested. He even told me that the dog he was walking had attacked before, but didn’t seem to care. The comment below is an absolute lie and is laughable. My puppy has never ever snapped at another dog and only ever plays happily. There were a number of witnesses that saw the attack and could talk to what happened.The fact that the company would lie and attempt to avoid accountability or put blame on my puppy is disgraceful. My dog goes to that specific park twice a day, so loves. The area and is used to other dog walking companies being in the area. I have tried calling and they refuse to answer. Terrible customer service and terrible company to interact with. A simple apology and promise to keep reactive or aggressive dogs on leash would have sufficed."
