"Given people generally seem to write reviews when they have had a negative experience I thought I would try to give another perspective. I've been living at this complex for the past two years and it's been great. It's a fantastic location close to the botanic gardens, South Melbourne shopping precinct, South Melbourne Markets, two stops from Federation Square, in the Arts Precinct, everything within your reach. The building is award winning with a fantastic pool and spa area, relaxing outdoor area and views of the CBD landscape. The building manager and management service are fantastic and responsive. The building is beautifully maintained and the neighbours are friendly and courteous. Not sure what more one could ask for. I was supposed to be here short term but I've ended up staying over two years."
"This is the worst apartment you could ever live and worst neighbours you could have. Children running around like crazy at 11pm can hear thumping sound crystal clear. People talking in corridor and can hear it as if they r in my apartment also. Avoid at all cost."
"Construction going on out the window. Noise insulation is poor. Can hear the next door neighbour playing electric guitar. You can hear the next door slamming the door every time. Do not recommend"
