"Horrible experience, I have a 5 year old chihuahua and brought him in. The staff were excellent but the so called DR IAN BURNS was horrible! When I questioned what he said, he told me not to argue. Mind you, I went in because my dog had a red eye and I was told it was ok he just scratched it, and he went on to say ‘it’s his third eye’, I said ‘what’s that’? He said ‘don’t argue or you can go’ I then said ‘I’m not arguing, what is a third eye’? After he told me to go a few time for supposedly arguing, I begged him to treat my do and I’ll be quiet. I ended up leaving paying $321.62 and I don’t even know if my dog has been effectively cared for and helped. I have a regular vet, have had since I had him ‘Rhonda’! I should have waited until she was free instead of taking my dog to Mr Ian T C Burns. DO NOT GO!"
