"Really solved a problem for us. The only people with a furnished apartment that wasn't a glorified shoe-box that was available on short notice. The apartment itself was a little beaten up but perfectly serviceable and had enough space for us to not go insane in the four months that we were there. The people that I dealt with were great, but they were let down by their awful robots. The invoicing system is inflexible, the email handler is spammy and annoying, and the website was inaccurate. I highly recommend calling them directly to discuss any customer service issues that you might have."
"Apartment was in a great location. Photos on website were not of the apartment we leased but lay out was the same. If staying longer, more kitchen / cooking equipment would be needed. Response to emails and phone calls could be more timely when making enquiries / bookings. Sasha was terrific when we had an issue with the washing machine."
"Very professional service, both to introduce you into the apartment and then to deal with any issues, such as failed bulbs etc, which were dealt with very quickly through no hassle email exchange. Quality of apartment was excellent with everything you need for a long stay. I am now in my second tenancy and will be coming back again"
