"Great location , comfortable lifestyle and the apartments and building is clean. The building is secure and having a building manager really helps the security and if any issues is there to help you . I really enjoy it here there is the pool and BBQ area and small gym and sauna."

"I lived in this apartment for 1.5 year. The apartment is well-situated near many important places, such as University of Melbourne, hospitals, grocery shops, etc. But, the most important and pleasant point for me in North Apartments was the Building Manager, Gary, and him team. Gary and his team were polite, always available, and truely helpful. They kept the building very clean and their on-time announcements helped residents not to face unplanned changes or occurances."

"I lived in the building for 1.5 years in total. It was a good place to move into, but became much safer/comfier/organised/efficient with the introduction of the new building manager Gary. Gary genuinely cared about the building and it’s residents and always implemented new plans that would benefit us. The standard of cleaning, security and communication among the building dramatically increased once Gary became building manager. I would definitely recommend living here (or in any building which Gary and his business manage)."

"I have just moved out of North Apartments after living there for 6yrs, I was the very first tenant in my apartment. It would have been good to have a concierge with regard to having parcels delivered, but other than that it was the perfect place for me. I'd experienced quite a few changes in Building Management in my time here, but I have to say that Gary has been the best! Tenants are kept informed of what's going on in a timely and friendly manner and any requests are answered or actioned in due haste. The facilities available are fantastic, I made use of the Pool, Spa & Gym; I can't say I used the Sauna or BBQ, but I would imagine they would be of the same quality. The location is amazing, with the hospital across the road, and supermarkets, cafe's, restaurants within a few minutes [if that!] walk. Also the choice of 3 tram and 2 bus routes makes it easy to get around the city. Queen Victoria Market is only a 10min walk away and it only takes 20-30mins to walk into Bourke St. I can't recommend this apartment complex enough, it's brilliant in every way."
