"Writing off of my girlfriends account. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I didn’t see a price listed for an infill but a full set was $40. So infill is obviously supposed to be cheaper right? No. I paid $75 DOLLARS FOR AN INFILL THAT LOOKED TERRIBLE AND CROOKED WITH A BAD PAINT JOB. I told the lady exactly what I wanted and she didn’t tell me it would be $75 until she had already filed off all my existing nail polish and started shortening my nails. I couldn’t leave with them looking like that so I stayed. Seeing as a full set is $40 an infill should be at least $35. So I don’t understand how I had to pay almost double price of a full set. I’ve never paid that much even for a full set my entire life. All I asked for is for her to shorten my nails, use gel polish and use a glitter top coat. If the price increase was going to be that much they should’ve told me before they started but even if they did it’s ridiculous to charge that much anyway. I’ve never even had to pay extra to get my nails shortened or get a top coat. Unless you have the balls to walk straight out if they pull this on you, DO NOT GO HERE."

"Walked in 20 min before close (yes, I was that person) to ask if they’d still be able to take off my leftover shellac from a different nail salon before I go on holiday tomorrow. They were even still happy to give me a full pedicure! Now, I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in my whole life. The service was impeccable, absolutely amazing professionally as well as customer service wise. My feet have never looked better/been treated with more care, and staff was super friendly and lovely. They even gave me some slippers to leave with because idiot me walked in with closed shoes not expecting anything more than my shellac removed because I walked in so late. Genuinely had the best experience! 10/10 can recommend and will always get my nails done here from now on. Shoutout to the lovely staff for absolutely making my day and sorting me out like that"

"They were kind enough to book me in for a slot last minute, and very pleasant staff. Unfortunately though the shellac lasted only 3 full days before 3 nails started to peel off (and very easily too!). They also used their finger nail (with a glove) to go underneath my fingernail to clear any dirt which hurt at the time and left a cut doing so. $50 for manicure shellac to last 3 days… not great."
