"The most unprofessional and disgusting nail salon I have ever been too. The staff were aggressive and cut me, then shooed me like a bird, accused me of biting my nails, rolled her eyes and sighed when I said I was paying by card. Mind you there was only 2 people in there on a Thursday, like clearly you need the business, get a grip. Appalling, never ever go there."

"My daughter had acrylic nails done from Cosmo. The service was very bad. They damaged her nails. The nails still haven't healed after 4 weeks. I don't recommend people going there. Later, we spent more money to fix her nails by another salon. I am sharing some pictures so you all can see and understand what I am talking about."

"I had a cut on my finger coz they rush. They accept too much customers when they could just tell them to come back. I chose my own color but the lady said its not look good on my fingers looks like a poo. so she chose the color for me. Im not comfortable with the lady shes too loud. she said im too stiff which is why im not relax coz im not comfortable at all. She made me feel intimidated."
