Pearl Nails Westmead

"I visited in pearl nails for the first time roughly around 3 months back to do full SNS with no tip with some nail art. It’s quiet place and not so crowded and near to my apartment. So I prefer to visit here. At the end of the service, I paid $60 where lady asked me that $10 is extra for the nail art. And I was fine with that. But lately I noticed that in their services nail art is just for $5. Not sure why I have been charges extra $5 for nail art."

"Will never go again! I came here as I normally stick with pearl nails but this was first time for me at this location. Upon arrival I asked for infill sns but was told would have to be new full set, I said ok that's fine. I asked if they could do ombre and they said they can do it. About 20 minutes in as the lady was doing the sns ombre I noticed she was getting the sns all on my cuticles and under my nail sticking to my finger tip. Not to mention I had glue on my hands.. It was very messy, and I noticed she really didn't know how to do ombre well. All of this made me very nervous and I was not prepared to walk out unhappy and pay what would have been around 75. So I stopped her and said I am not happy. I asked her how she will get the sns off my cuticles and skin, she said she's not yet finished and I assumed she would have used the electric file to fix it which would mean she would have been filing my skin. She said if im not happy then she can take it off so I said yes please as I now wanted to go somewhere else.. Picture is of after she chopped off the nail tip and was filing off the rest. but to show at least the sns sticking to my skin. I will never go here again.. also they were talking in Vietnamese, little did they know I understand some and they were talking about me being pressuring from the start. No! I just wanted my nails done well and ended up wasting an hour of my break walking out with no nails.. also she over filed my nails which hurt and now I have to wait before I can get my nails done again."

"Great location and empty salon But staff are on used by date and often having to go back for repairs! I just can’t! Mean staff and just will no go back. Had 3 broken nails I just don’t have the time for this! So yeah not so nice Trish!"

"I got a mani-pedi done here on Sunday by Judy. She was lovely and super knowledgeable. She gave me exactly what I asked for and the end result was beautiful- simple but done well. Definitely the best pedi I’ve ever had! Both Judy and Helen were lovely and really experienced. Will definitely be returning and recommending :)"
