"I've had great cuts in the past but my most recent one was shocking including had rectangular chunks cut out of the back of my hair as though the stylist used normal scissors instead of thinning scissors. Terrible dye job that left half a cm of regrowth- which is the stage where I'd usually get it re-dyed. Cut layers much shorter than requested so my hair sort of flies away at the sides but is partly missing at the back. Will have to get it all cut very short or buy a wig until the cut out parts grow back."
"Probably the worst at communicating. I had a consultation and it was a waste of time. The hairdresser just stood there and barely said a word. I asked several times if I can achieve the look I wanted and she didn't answer me. Just stood there and said "well it's up to you"."
"Already fell in love with their work displayed on theur website, which showed good craftmenship and artistry skills so was feeling confident booking with them. Lovely service and professional yet friendly ladies who were not snobby or rude. They took what goals i wanted consulted with me and combined we came up with an amazing solution. The teamwork between stylist and colourist was also so good as i was getting the best advice on everything. Loved my results and recommended products as well. Everyone is loving my new hair and most importantly I am loving the new me. Will be definitely a regular there from now on. Worth the drive for me too! "I love Element. I had my hair style cut by Asako and then coloured by Jess a few weeks later. Both were friendly and discussed with me what I'd like (as well as adding in their own suggestions), and the cut and colour turned out fantastic! Price is reasonable as well, even for long hair. Definitely recommended."
