"Very unhappy with my haircut. I went there last year and was happy with the service and haircut, so I decided to come back and asked for the same haircut as previously done. The result was different from what I asked and had before, shorter with a kind of fringe at the front and straight from the shoulder till the back. The It's not way I can tie my hair is by pulling very hard on it (and breaking the curls) and accepting that I will have some hair at the front AND at the back. It looks to me like a straight hair haircut on curly hair. I came back a few days later to discuss my haircut, I understand that mistakes or misunderstandings happen. The lady was understanding and nice and told me she would inform the manager. The manager send me an email to say he would call me but nothing happened then... Currently waiting for my hair to grow back to the desired length"
