"My daughter used Miller & Co for first time. She did her due diligence of salons and booked a '$73 long cut and dry', which was all she can afford on her student income. She was charged $93. Upon a follow up call, we were told this is what she asked for. She is adamant that at no stage was she asked whether she wanted a blow out. She simply had booked a cut and dry as per the website advertised at $73. However, she was too shy at payment time to argue. It is outrageous that the salon took advantage of a young girl and openly / misleadingly charged more than what was clearly in the booking confirmation. The cut itself was good, but this disappointing experience left her in tears and she will not be going back. Millers appears to be driven by money without the quality customer service."
