"Went here to have a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was very rude and rushed the whole process. After she finished using the metal tools on my feet she rinsed them in the water my feet were soaking in and then put the tools back in her trolley to use on another person! Some of my toe nails have 2 coats and some only 1, and the polish is very thin and sloppy. I will never go here again."

"I recently returned to Cosmo nails for sns infill after being very happy with my first visit. My nails lasted alot longer than expected and felt strong. During my second visit I came down with a migraine midway through my appointment (not related to the salon which was clean and well ventilated). The staff were unbelievably lovely and offered me as much help as possible. They let me lie down in one of the salon rooms and my nail tech even finished my nails while I was lying down in there. They made sure I had someone to come and pick me up so I wouldn't have to drive home. Then when I went to pay they wouldn't except any extra compensation for their kindness. I can't speak more highly of the staff there and after all of that my nails turned out gorgeous and exactly what I had wanted."
