"My daughter's 5yrs and 12 years old recently had their ears pierced at Amcal Chemist Glenroy. Amy - pharmacy assistant was super brilliant. She made the children feel comfortable and talked us through the process. The piercing was done in such a calm manner - child-centred approach, especially having 2 staff to pierce both ears at once so they didn't feel pain twice. We have always gone to Amcal for our medication needs or for general advice and are impressed by all the staff there."
