"May be Seema is good at her work but she won't treat me very well & professionally in both of my appointments with her in Weribee I have raised my expectations right after my first appointment, infact she did apologise and she assured me she will look after but she did the same at the time of my other appointment. She mentioned I block my calendar for you and I'm in werribee only for you don't worry In terms of pricing I was agreed what she ask me for she put the different promotions on face book but she charge me more which I have no issues as well. At my first meeting, she offered me to get it done by one of her staff member but In-front of her staff I requested Seema I want you to do my hairs exclusively not your staff as I have heard about you. so I'll only come if you have time and I in-fact wait for her schedule too based on her availability & day. At that time she assured me don't worry I'll do it On the day of my appointment she in-fact blocked herself with the other makeup's and all which is fair but if you're busy on that day, why you have booked me then, as I told her in my first meeting I'm happy to come whenever you are available as I want you to go ahead for my keratin not any of your staff member Infact I given her option if you are not able to do it in werribee I'm happy to come to Frasier Rise She assured me, na that's ok I'll do it here as I open this saloon to work here too, don't worry you can come here in werribee only I'll do your keratin I completely do understand the Results of keratin' is always vary person to person based of type of hairs but this is not my first time with this product I used to have very good results all the time and my keratin last very longer with the same product but this time, my hairs actually ruined. I regret I went to Seema with full trust Not going back to her again as well not recommending her to anyone For future clients an advise to Seema please look after people because they come to you with full faith rather keeping your staff busy. I have spend total of $470 cash on her request in my both appointments, haven't ask any discount or anything just want seema to do it but she looses the trust at the end it's not about the money here at all but the TRUST & SERVICE. Zero star to the service"
