"To the person who left a 1 star review about baby formula. That is on you and not the chemist! Pays to read expiry dates and also grocery stores and some chemists do not offer refunds on baby formula. I know this from experience. We typically shop at Chemist Warehouse but from now on will prioritise this specific TW Chemist. I came in last night and got attended to before I even got to the prescription counter. Received my prescription within 2mins in comparison to Chemist Warehouses 25mins. I had my wife on the phone when one of the pharmacists overheard me and went out of her way to grab the item for me. My 5 stars is for the handful of visits I’ve had and service received and will definitely use them as a primary chemist as they’re also local to Woodlea. Thanks team"
