"No care or compassion for animals. Our beloved pet was in extreme pain among other visible issue therefore we took her to Brimbank Veterinary Clinic to get help when they opened at 7.30am. The staff said she doesn't look in pain and therefore refused to see her until their next appointment at 3.30pm. Stressed the urgency to them but they would not listen. We then took her to another vet who recognised this was an emergency and admitted her in immediately and provided with heavy pain killers. We pray she makes it through the day. To allow an animal to suffer and neglect an urgent situation that is right in front of you is heart breaking and cruel. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible experience and will never bring my animals here again. Note: I would post a photo of her to show the issue and serverity but it may be distressing to others."
"I am so grateful for all the staff at this Vet clinic. I had an emergency with my 2 day old puppy, I rushed to the vet. I’d never been to this clinic before and didn’t have an appointment. The reception staff were so friendly and so understanding. The vets were very thorough and gentle and took the time to explain everything. So pleased with the treatment we received. Thank you to everyone who worked at the clinic yesterday. You were all amazing and little Pup is doing well! Thanks for your care, love and treatment. I’ll definitely be coming back :)"
"The best vet and the service you get is amazing. Last year we said goodbye to our dog benji we had to put him down. I recommend this vet for any of your pets. Thankyou for your service and I will be back with a pet soon. Xx"
