"Vet’s at Boundary road are all very welcoming and friendly. They are always helpful and answer all questions when I have an issue with my doggy. I would recommend them for all pet issues."

"I had a very poor experience with this veterinary office, mostly due to the vet's poor communication and poor disclosure. In March 2022, my dog had a routine appointment with the vet to receive his annual shots. The appointment was confirmed as a standard appointment via phone. At no point did reception mention over the phone OR via email OR text that this would be any different to the previous years bringing my dog in. However, on the day that I showed up with my puppy, they told me that I was not permitted to enter the veterinary clinic, and that I was to leave my dog and pick him up later. I do not feel comfortable leaving my dog with a stranger and would NEVER had booked this appointment had this been made clear to me before. When I mentioned to the person that they had not told me this, they said they were sorry that they had forgotten to do so. They could've called and told me over the phone, or texted or emailed. Instead, they expected me to go and find this information I had no idea existed on some obscure spot on their website. A policy which they had never had before. This is extremely problematic, especially for pets who have anxiety. It is highly inappropriate to spring this information on people at the last moment. Provide the facts ahead of time so people can decide if they wish to use your services or not. We ended up taking our puppy to a different clinic which did allow me to be present. Then, today, 1 year later, I received a call from this clinic for an outstanding bill of $120 for "missing my appointment" last year. I did NOT miss the appointment, I was there and turned away. I did not wish to leave my dog there, as is my prerogative. And this clinic has no right to issue a bill after wasting my time for terms and conditions they did not specify prior to the appointment."

"Dr Miriam was great, really helpful and gave me great information and answered all my questions. I left a lot calmer than I arrived and my cat is back to chillin on the couch after her general check up. Thank you!"

"To whom it may concern, I'd like to give you some feedback about my interaction-with boundary road veterinary clinic today. My 4 year old mastiff Ruby who's been coming to your practice since she was a puppy was refused urgent care today. We called to describe the symptoms upon collapsing and being unable to Walk and where advised that the clinic was booked out and told to look for another vet. I just like to say how utterly disgusted I felt with the lack of compassion you've shown our beloved family dog, I don't care if the breakdown of communication came from a receptionist or lack of staff. My dogs life was slipping through my fingers this morning and not one person from your practice showed any level of concern. Your more then happy to take our money on any other occasion but today you closed your doors to a local family when it mattered the most. Hence fourth We'll be taking ruby to the rspca where priority is given to those animals in need of URGENT care. Also giving the heads up to everyone in the community of Mortdale & Peakhurst what you'll receive in return for being loyal to a residential veterinarian clinic. Heather Golesworthy"

"First time visit as Marshall street vet was booked out. Same quality service at both sites - kind, considerate, compassionate and professional. Jasper was quite nervous as Boundary Road was a new environment for him, but he relaxed as soon as he heard Bryant's voice. Bryant was also the main reason Jasper finally relaxed when he visits the vet. Love these guys."
