"Visit the shop abt a month ago, was cozy and clean. The photo was taken on the day when the service provided. Every customer was given a set of polisher to bring home, that maybe the reason why the price is $5 more comparing to other places if the same service provided. I kind of like the idea but it would be good if that was an option, n if we bring the set back to use again next time, the $5 should be waived. There is no royalty membership system in this shop, so doesn’t matter how many times we returned, same price will be charged. When I asked about if any promotion available, the staff told me to forget about the discount becoz of short staff and its lucky that they didn’t charge more. Well…its understandable but still dun like the way they expressed it. Last but not the least, the quality was disappointed. After 2 weeks, crackles appeared on the sns, and when my nails grew, I found the edges of the sns were not filed properly so it kept jamming my hairs."
