"I was very excited to come to this salon, but unfortunately left feeling very disappointed with my recent colouring experience. I asked for a dark brown shade and left with far darker, turning my hair almost black (photo I asked for versus result attached). Very disappointing experience, especially considering how much I paid ($250). The owners have refused to take responsibility for how the dye reacted with my hair, and said it can be fixed but only if I pay even more for highlights."
