"Got a haircut there recently and the staff hardly communicated anything. There was no clarity on who was cutting my hair, not much consultation around what I would like or even the services they offer. Booked an appointment for a specific time and still had to wait. I would not recommend to those who’d like some suggestion or consultation about your hair. The service is not at all worth the price which is $57 for just a trim."

"Good thing, it's cheap. The place is clean and the location is good. Not so good, Vivien is not really listening, and feels that she gave up trying. Crazy loud music can be tiny bit annoying. Overall, good for a cheap or emergency, hair fix."

"Had a terrible experience in this salon with their service and extremely rude behaviour. I had asked them for a shade of hair colour which they got totally wrong and the colour was barely visible. After shelling out more than 300 dollars my hair looked exactly the same as it was when i had walked in. They agreed to redo the colour but i had to pay extra for the bleach to achieve the outcome that I wanted in the first place. I wasn't told upfront about the end result and was extremely disappointing with the outcome. What was more shocking was the way the owner spoke when I was trying to politely explain. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent job done with their hair."

"good experience of cutting woman’s hair, both hairdressers were very nice and approachable, need to book an appointment about an hour before going, convenient location next to the Asian grocery store. Very cool massage chair for hair wash. I would definitely recommend this shop!"

"They have a clean and tidy place. The atmosphere is really good, nice music playing in the background both the times I went. The hairstylist is nice and chatty, gives tips on how to take care of your hair. Price point is very decent as well. Will be back for my next appointment."
