"Loved the Arnica Loft! Place was super clean and the property is VERY beautiful. Welcomed with chocolates, a large name tag and even told the accommodation was ready 4 hrs before check-in time. There's also ample parking. Fridge was stocked, great breakfast and all utensils/appliances were present. King size bed was comfy and we even used the spa. We woke up to 3 kookaburras causing a ruckus which was pretty cool, and we even fed 4 parrots and a cockatoo with bird seeds which the accommodation had provided before checkout. Highly recommend this accommodation for your Dandenong Mountain stay!"
"We had two main issues with Arnica Views One was the breakfast When you advertise American and Continental breakfast included I do expect that there is some kind of cooked breakfast available. In no shape and form I consider 2 eggs and 2 rashers of beacon (in the fridge that you have to make yourself) as breakfast included. If I would have known this I would have booked somewhere else. Next issue is the TV. You can't watch it from the bed and you can't watch from the couch. It is a known issues for the owners as they put in the brochure to make sure you leave the TV in the same spot you found it. Again I don't expect to have to move around furniture just to have some kind of minimal comfort. On the other hand the spa bath was nice and the bed comfortable"
