"I went in last minute to do a hair dye on a weekend afternoon. They were very accommodating and explaing well what they will be doing even though not enough time. The lady who did my hair was very professional in a short period of time was able to thin out my hair, manage to lighten it and dye it to medium light brown. Washed and blown dry my hair and most of all make it look really good by straightening it for me. I had a really efficient service and didn't sit too long till my butt sore which was most of my experience. Will be in next to highlight my hair ✨️ thank you for the great experience, definitely will come again with my kids too."

"I took my son to have a hair cut yesterday it cost $25 for kid haircut. It's horrible haircut that we had. How come she can cut my son become like this before Christmas. Highly not recommended to this salon. Never come back."

"I came to DNK Hair, asking for a hair cut and balayage. I ended up paying $400 for an uneven cut and a terrible job which showed a lack of skills in technique and understanding in colouring. There were many flaws even after just 1 wash (3 days after the dye). Within 2 weeks, my hair had turned orange despite following all the instructions of using their blue shampoo and all products, purchased from DNK hair salon. I emailed the owner Jay, to ask for a full refund for the poor workmanship. However this was denied and insisted he can only offer a 50% refund and ignoring the terrible blending. He said the outcome of my hair was normal and I'm meant to return 2 weeks after the job to re-tone my hair. I soon discovered that is is not at all true as I visited another hair salon which pointed out the issues in my hair: 1. No I do not need to return to the salon in 2 weeks for toning. They just did not bleach my hair for long enough for it to reach level 9-10 lightness. That meant the colour and toner was not able to sit properly on the bleached hair hence it turned orange after only 3 washes. 2. The blending technique was terrible. It was patchy and blocky. They did not even tease my hair back for a natural look before applying the bleach. It was all a rushed job. 3. They did not offer to use lowlights nor any root shadows for a soft gradient look. Honestly, a very disappointing experience. They took no ownership nor responsibility for their actions as they did not admit to any of these mistakes. Instead they attempted to cover up their mistakes with deceptive advice, taking advantage of their seemingly professional career titles."

"I went here after a diy bleach fail and they did a fantastic job! As you can see, my hair was superrr damaged and patchy from the bleach i did, but they fixed it up so well. I wanted blonde which seemed unachievable and i honestly thought i wasn’t able to get my hair that light, but they did it. Huge shoutout to the short haired blonde girl, she worked on almost all of my hair and she’s awesome! Everyone here is so kind and very skilled, and the price offered was reasonable!
