"On arrival was greeted by a very friendly man, Nigel.Stayed there for three nights, great that it was pet friendly. No room service for the three days, went and got towels from the ladies cleaning the rooms opposite the room I was staying in. The down side, the room I stayed in left much to be desired, the external wall of the shower was rotten through and leaked water onto the floor,the stench of a night time of wet wood and mould was unacceptable. My question is, "why did the cleaning staff not report this to management?". If management are unaware of issues they are unable to attend to repairs. The staff I spoke to the day I left were very apologetic, but how can things be fixed if NOT reported. SHAME ON THE CLEANING STAFF.This had obviously been an issue for some time."

"Very dissappointing, was given only a slow 3gb internet card like its the year 2000! no room service/towels after 5 days of stay, no soap or anything to wash your hands with! the heater, if you can call it that was so old and extremely loud and noisy, plus with no remote or anything to control it ended up being useless. I travel for work almost every week and this is the worst motel i have stayed in so far, if you can bring your own soap, towels, heater and internet then it could be fine."

"I stayed here in the past. Park is lovely, room was lovely. As we had a big day of traveling we were dirty & dusty, decided to go and have a shower. The next day upon checking out the staff asked why the towels were dirty? I was intimidated by staff and told I wasn’t getting my bond back & needed to pay a cleaning fee. Definitely won’t be returning!"
